Keep morale high by promoting hard workers and tending to the needs of your entire crew with perks and amenities to keep them happy. Monitor each floor of the factory for optimal productivity and make upgrades to help meet your strict deadline. However, not everyone will make the cut, so you need to decide who can be hired as crew members, turned into 'sustenance', or incinerated for simply being useless. Time is limited in Organs Please as you race to build a spaceship to escape your dying planet.

Choose who gets to be spared and board an escape ship out, and who gets recycled for scraps. With the planet on the brink of death, you are given the heavy burden of deciding who gets to live. Organs Please takes place in a post-apocalyptic world set in the distant future wherein you take control and manage a special kind of recycling plant for humans.
